Descripción (executive summary): Analizados los retos del cliente para el próximo año (gestión del cambio, construcción de marca y eficiencia del proceso creativo), Culture&Biz diseña un calendario a medida de iniciativas culturales y talleres artísticos monitorizados dirigidos a detectar y solucionar los puntos críticos (pain points) para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos | Once the challenges for 2015 have been agreed with the customer -focused on change management, branding and creative processes- Culture&Biz will help design and directly monitor the 3 ABIs (Arts-based initiatives) that best match each one of the above mentioned goals, handling also initial research and selection of artists and final wrap-out of each activity
